- Board of Directors Meetings:
The Ranchlands Community Association holds 10 meetings annually for the Board of Directors. These meetings are open to the public.
As of January 2026, these meetings have moved to the first monday of the month, on all months except July and November. Meetings take place from 7pm to 9pm in the Boardroom of the community association building (location may be subject to change) and often feature guest speakers including representatives from the City of Calgary, Ward 2 and the Calgary Police Service.
Please note: If you have a topic you wish to address or discuss at a board meeting, please get in touch at least 4 days prior to the meeting so the item can be added to the agenda. You may email either the office or the RCA board President to arrange this.
Annual General Meeting:
November is the Ranchlands Community Association’s Annual General Meeting and marks the end of a board term. The outgoing board will present financials for the year, a summary of activities that they achieved followed by an election of board directors for the next year. This meeting is crucial to our continued operations due to the election component so if you live in Ranchlands and hold an RCA Membership, please attend this meeting!
The date for the 2026 Annual General Meeting will be announced in closer to the date.
Committee Meetings:
In addition to the Board of Directors meetings, the Ranchlands Community Association also hosts committee meetings throughout the year. Currently there is no set schedule for committee meetings so please contact the office at ranchlandscommunity@outlook.com to inquire about committees.
