Main Hall

Full day (9am to midnight) rate: $750
The largest space in our building, the Main Hall is a bright, airy space that is perfect for wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, fitness classes or seminars. Measuring 1,716 sqft, there is room for 139 seated or 169 standing.

Can I save a date?
Can I book the Hall without visiting in person?
Yes, you can book a rental without having to visit in person, however you must present a government issued piece of identification in person to pick up the keys. Rental contracts can be signed and returned via email and payments can be sent via e-transfer or paid online through our rental booking system.
Can I cook food in the kitchen?
What types of tables and chairs does the RCA have?
The west hall has 6′ rectangular tables, 48″ round tables and stacking chairs.
Do you offer setup and take down for my event?
The RCA will not set up and/or take down tables, chairs, etc. before and/or after an event. This is the responsibility of the Renter and must be done within the rental time.
Does the RCA have audio-visual equipment and Wi-Fi available for use?
Can I serve liquor during my rental?
All renters are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the AGLC rules on liquor consumption.
I need to cancel my booking, what do I do?
If your event is less than 2 weeks away, your security deposit is forfeited but any rental fee paid will be returned. However, should you book a new rental within a one year window (from the date of cancellation), we will apply the forfeited deposit towards your new rental.

There are specialised insurance policies offered by companies for party rentals. The RCA does not promote or endorse any specific companies.
How much does it cost to rent the Hall?
Regular rental hours are 8am – 11pm and all bookings must be a minimum of 3 hours.
