Meet the staff that run the RCA day to day

Tracy

You can find Tracy in the front office. She is the RCA's Administrative Coordinator. She handles all your inquires, hall rentals, and enjoys event planning.

Anita

Anita is the Facility Operator and handles the behind the scenes stuff, including things like the Ranchlands Food Pantry. You can find her at most of our events, or working around the property.
MEET THE RANCHLANDS 

Board of Directors

The Ranchlands Community Association is guided by a dedicated team of seven volunteer residents who make up the RCA Board of Directors. Elected each November at our Annual General Meeting, these passionate individuals serve a one-year term, helping to shape and strengthen our community.

We are excited to introduce the 2025/2026 Ranchlands Board of Directors!

Kathy Ervin

President

Kathy has lived in Ranchlands for 35 years and has an extensive background in volunteering. A leader in many community organisations of various fields including Sports, Church, Toastmasters and (formerly) Girl Guides.

Sharon Blackwell

Vice President

Sharon has been a resident of Ranchlands since 1987. She is eager to support initiatives to spruce up the community and regenerate a sense of pride to ensure that Ranchlands as a community is regarded as a desirable place to live and play.

Bukola Abdul

Treasurer

Bukola has been a resident since 2022.  As a CPA with experience in non-profits and grant writing, she felt joining the Ranchlands Board of Director as Treasurer was a great fit. 

Miranda Christin

Secretary 

Miranda brings her gift with words and heartfelt passion to the RCA Board. You’ll often find her and her family lending a hand and volunteering at community events.

Jeannette Biazon

Director

Jeannette is new to Ranchlands but her skills in communication, planning, and program development are a valuable assets to the RCA. She believes being a part of its growth and activities is both meaningful and fulfilling. 

Amjad Cheema

Director

Amjad is our social senior. You can often find him out enjoying what Ranchlands has to offer.

Mike Luinge

Director

Mike and his family have called Ranchlands home for 15 years and brings hands-on, logical problem-solving skills and strong knowledge of building maintenance to the Board.  You can see him at most events helping out.
