This summer, the RCA will be hosting 3 free swap shops events!
An easy way to declutter your home with purpose, you can pass along items you no longer need, while keeping usable items out of the landfill! It’s also a great way to be eco-friendly and lower your environmental impact by reusing instead of purchasing new, while also saving money.
Join us from 11am to 2pm on:
- Sunday June 29th
- Sunday July 27th
- Sunday August 24th
Bring your clean gently used items any time during the event – but you don’t need to bring anything in order to come and shop!
What you can bring:
We accept children’s toys, small appliances, clothing, household goods, kitchen utensils, knickknacks/décor items and more. Please make items are clean and in good, usable condition.
What not to bring:
Large items – including fitness equipment, medium to large furniture pieces, large appliances and building supplies – will not be accepted. However, we’ll have a community bulletin board available so feel free to bring a poster if you have larger items you are looking to rehome.
Rule of thumb: If it won’t fit in the trunk of a car, please bring a poster instead of the item!
After the event, remaining items will be donated to a local charity, ensuring that they find a new home.
