Our first 5 sessions will highlight cooking for the winter, getting the whole family outside, beating the winter blues and other topics!)

2:00pm – 3:00 pm  Beat the Winter Blues with Nutrition

Naturopathic Doctor Michelle Hagel from Docere Wellness will discuss the various nutrients that can help us beat those Winter Blues. Winter in Calgary can have it’s challenges. Come learn which nutrients we may be lacking and which foods or activities we can utilize to improve our outlook and energy during the cold/snowy months.

3:00pm – 4:00pm Winter Walk

We will be walking around the neighbourhood to explore and discover all of our
interconnecting walkways. Please dress for the weather!!
